The map and listing below shows forthcoming developments at Box Hill. Information is from URBAN.COM.AU as at 26 May 2018.  We’ve included the already completed ‘The Chen’ listed at the end. Many of these proposals are approved (see blue markers on the map) and some are still in the planning stage. Refer to each listing for their status and individual location map. Several other already completed high-rise buildings are not included.

The total planned apartments/hotel rooms shown is over 4500, plus over 600 at The Chen.
Allowing an average of 1 or two persons per residence, means an increased population of 5000 – 10,000. And that’s just with what’s planned at present.
